Salon Cancellation & Lateness Policy

All members of our Arbor team value your appointments. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for adjustments to your appointments and cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with a client on our waiting list. It also leaves a gap in your stylist’s schedule, directly affecting their pay. 

We ask that all new guests supply a credit card on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains safe. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card on file.

    • Notification given at least 48 hours before your appointment will receive no charges.
    • Any notification past 48 hours would result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
    • Failure to show up to your appointment without a call, email, or any form of communication with the Arbor team will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Confirmation Emails: As a courtesy, we will send an email when you make an appointment. Two business days prior to the appointment date, we will also send you a confirmation email for your service appointment. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file so we can send you these important reminders.

Reminder SMS Texts: If you have a mobile phone, we will also send a short text reminding you of your appointment 48 hours before. You can confirm your appointment directly through this text reminder as well. 

It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. Providing enough notice to avoid cancellation fees helps us better service our guests.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to adjust the services on file or reschedule as we want adequate time to accomplish your hair goals. This is also to ensure our stylists stay timely for the other guests they are servicing that day.
