Salon Cancellation and Lateness Policy
Arbor understands that sometimes schedules change. Arbor therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. We thank you for your continued patronage at Arbor Hair studio. We love having you and acknowledge that life happens! We would appreciate if we could please give a 48-hour notice of your cancelation. Our stylists rely on your business and if you are unable to make your appointment it leaves an open space that we are not able to fill in such short notice. For this reason, we will be asking after 3 no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours, we will need future deposits for the services scheduled for. We also graciously ask that if you will be more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule as we want adequate time to accomplish your hair goals. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you in the chair!
