They’re also cruelty-free, and the product packaging is always recyclable or biodegradable.
The environmentally conscious attitude doesn’t just stop at the product, either. Like Arbor Hair Studio, Kevin Murphy himself is part of Green Circle Salons. He frequently educates salons about reusing and recycling hair clippings, color tubes, and excess foil to reduce waste. He’s also involved with ECOHEADS, a company that fights against water waste by providing water-conserving showerheads to salons.

The Kevin Murphy hair color line, COLOR.ME, which we use at our St. Cloud studio, is also free of Paraphenylenediamine (PPD). PPD is a chemical often found in traditional hair color products and can cause skin irritations, both for the person getting their hair died and for the stylist. COLOR.ME instead uses natural ingredients like aloe vera, honey, and shea butter to nourish your hair and obtain gorgeous coloring results.
